What do the programs cover?

A PhD education administration online degree is designed for teachers who are interested in a career as a principal or educational administrator.

A typical program might include some of the topics included in the masters , but in addition will include a thesis as a major component.  The topic of this thesis is usually negotiable between you and the program coordinator.  Programs might also include an internship experience in school administration at the principal level and an action research project.
